Flooring for Shawlands homes

The area is dominated by traditional tenement flats — solid rooms, but hallways and stairs that take heavy footfall, and plenty of landlords turning properties round between tenants. So it’s a split: hard-wearing, good-looking carpet for living rooms and bedrooms, and practical waterproof flooring for kitchens and bathrooms. Budget matters here too, with a lot of rental and first-flat buyers.
